Want to incorporate a fun song or dance into your grand entrance?
How about something fun like the Shoe Game?
Do you not want to listen to the sound of clanging wine glasses and instead make your guests do something to make you kiss?
These little moments early on in your reception are what motivates your crowd to dance later. I can help you plan out these details and ensure to engage the crowd to keep them at the edge of their seats.
Along with images of guests dancing with the bride and groom, pictures of First Dances and Father Daughter Dances, you will also see some fun and silly moments that helped get the crowd into the evening and motivated to dance.

This gallery shows what it looks like when the Father of the Bride really gets into the Father Daughter Dance. Kicking off the night with this energy helps build momentum for when the dance floor opens. Highlighted below are a few pictures from the dance namely when the son of the bride took over the show. It's important in these moments for the DJ to build off this energy and get the crowd going.
In this gallery, you will notice that I broke out the bubble machine at this wedding which is always a fun enhancement to your dance floor. In addition to some fun dancing pics, you will notice the father of the bride dressed up as one of the Blues Brothers. I worked with him on cueing up a special song he wanted played before he did his speech. You will also see a photo of the bride and groom entering the room for their grand entrance which also had a special SNL 'cow bell' theme they requested.
This gallery shows a picture of the first dance as well as some fun moments from early in the night. Instead of clanging wine glasses, the couple had me announce certain guests to kiss in order to make them kiss. One picture captures an instance where the bride and groom are mimicking one of those kisses. And another shows the best man being used as a stool for the garter toss. These were both moments where I was able to keep the crowd entertained before the dancing began.

"Mike was absolutely amazing for our wedding!!! I would highly recommend!."
Mike is absolutely amazing. We were recommended him by another DJ that was on our vendor list from our venue but they were already booked, which we took as a good sign that his fellow dj's respected him. He did not disappoint! Mike was immediately responsive and personable. He helped us with figuring out ceremony songs which seemed so daunting. He even found an mpg clip from an SNL skit to utilize for our grand entrance. He had our dance floor going the whole night, we had given him some songs to go off of and he executed the night perfectly by reacting to our guests' reactions! He seamlessly maneuvered all of our important events without us having to worry at all and kept our wedding on track. You will not regret hiring Mike for any event, as he is kind funny and professional!
DJ Mike is by far THE best DJ I have ever seen at a wedding. He DJ’d my wedding and was phenomenal!! We received so many compliments on him and his show. We highly recommend him. Great music selection, lights, and entertainer.
